To confirm booking, send deposit
for 20% of the overall rate as instructed in the response to your email
enquiry

Balance of letting fee is due 6
weeks before commencement of let.
- Refundable breakages deposit of £100
required - payable with the balance of letting fee(see above) - to be
refunded within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory
property inspection)

Payment can be made by cash,
personal cheque or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
- Cancellation after payment of 20% deposit – no refund
of deposit.
- Payment of Balance is due 6 weeks
prior to commencement of your booking (see above), and if you cancel
any time after that date, and up to 3 weeks prior to the start of your
holiday, then the charge will be the Deposit plus 50% of the Balance of
the booking fee.
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of
your holiday, the cancellation charge will be the Deposit + 100% of the
Balance of the Booking fee
- The ₤100 Refundable Damages Deposit will of course be
returned to you.
