We are “Sue & Philip” and “Ken & Tip with Little Jasmine”

and we have been very good friends for many years.

We designed and built all our beautiful villas and pools,

and we planted all our lovely tropical gardens.

We live in our own villas in the Grounds of

“Coconut Paradise”

which means we and our friendly staff are always on

hand to offer our guests a personal service which is

far beyond most holiday villa rentals.

We feel very fortunate to be able to live our dreams with 12 Months a year of warm sunshine and welcome so many guests to enjoy a special holiday here at

Welcome - We make sure we are here to greet you with a warm welcome - which includes a few treats in your villa - e.g. fruit, flowers, and other essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, water etc.

Complimentary tour - Shortly after your arrival, we will offer to take you on a complimentary tour of our beautiful local area. So that right from the start, you’ll know which are all the best beaches, the best restaurants and all the best trips to plan during your holiday.

Information folder - Each villa has an information folder, written by us, detailing tried and tested trips, which we can help you to book.

Our Restaurant/bar - Our great new restaurant on Rawai Beach front, not only serves delicious food, wine and cocktails etc. but we also offer a take away service for our villas and studios. Choose your meal from the menu in your villa, and it will be delivered to you, free of charge - perfect for you to enjoy on your outside dining patio beside your pool which, together with the tropical gardens, is very romantically lit at night! (Our take away service has been particularly popular with families with young children).

Other restaurants - We have a superb selection of restaurants in our area - some within walking distance, and some who provide a free “pick up” service for your villa.

Taxi - We can arrange for a taxi to meet you at Phuket airport - cost 800 thai baht (approx. £16.00)

Car hire, motorbike & bicycles - We have an excellent car hire company here in Rawai, who look after our guests extremely well. You can pre-book your car, motorbike or bicycle, or you can of course wait until after you arrive to decide if you want one or not.

Car                    1000 Thai baht (approx. £20) per day

Motorbike           200 Thai Baht (approx. £4) per day

Bicycle                100 Thai Baht (approx. £2) per day

Your car, motorbike or bicycle can be delivered to your villa and discounts can be available for bookings over 1 week.

Internet - All our villas and studios have ADSL high speed internet connection.

Linen & cleaning - We provide all bed linen and towels, which are changed weekly, together with a weekly clean, extra cleaning can be arranged at a small extra charge.

Gardens & pools - We have 3 full time staff who will look after your pools and gardens daily.

Shops & banks etc. - We have small grocery stores & banks within easy walking distance, plus larger supermarkets (e.g. Tescos) a short drive away. If you choose not to hire a car, our very good local taxi service is more than happy to take you shopping and will wait 2 - 3 hours for you, whilst you shop! phuket also has a good selection of large shopping malls too!

DVD library - Our dvd library has been a great success, especially with families with small children!

Children - We can supply cots, high chairs and even a good baby sitter! (book before you arrive please).
