A little note about us:-

We are not a letting agency. All our Villas and Studio Apartments have been designed and/or built by ourselves, to give you,
the holidaymaker, affordable luxury in beautiful tropical surroundings!

We are 2 couples, Sue & Phil and Ken & Tip, and are long term friends of over 30 years!
We all live at Coconut Paradise, and are here to greet you, show you around, and offer any help wherever needed.

 

ABOUT OUR VILLAS & STUDIO APARTMENTS:-
All our beautiful Villas and Studio Apartments are tucked away in a lovely quiet location, just a
few minutes from RAWAI BEACH and stunning NAI HAAN BEACH,
which is at the southern tip of PHUKET ISLAND!
They are all situated in fabulous Tropical Gardens,
 are beautifully furnished, and all have Air Conditioning.
Our new addition, The Beach Rooms, are just a few steps away from Rawai Beach Front,
are beautifully furnished, and of course have Air Conditioning.

When Best to Come...
Phuket with it's beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year. The rainy season (green season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall.  However, even in the green season there are still long periods of sunshine each day.  The Green Season is a nice time to visit Phuket as it's quieter and the weather can still be glorious!

How To Get There...
Regular flights leave the UK from various Airports, Most flying directly to Bangkok - But some have a stop over en route.
From Bangkok, you catch a short flight on to phuket.
We recommend Thai Airways - www.thaiairways.com - although they are not always the most economical.

We can arrange for a taxi to meet you at Phuket Airport (cost approx £15)

Car Hire and Bike Hire
Although it is not essential to hire a car or motorbike,  you can easily hire one locally in Rawai, either pre-arranged by us before your arrival, or after your arrival if you prefer.  The cost is approx 1000 Thai Baht (£15) per day for a car, and 200 Thai Baht per day for a Motorbike.

Alternatively, taxis are readily available and very reasonable.  Some of our local Restaurants offer to pick you up from your Villa
 and return you after your meal, free of charge!
